Here are a couple of special touches from my friend's wedding.  My favorite was creating the wine labels for her guest book.  The couple will drink the bottles on their 1st, 5th, 10th, and 20th anniversaries.  The pictures were taken by Dani Leigh Photography.  She is amazing at what she does!

Here is a save the date magnet design.  The couple took engagement pictures with their doggies and they are not shy of the camera!  I love the chalkboard detail with the date as well.  It is a nice touch for the design.

Here is a candy bar wrapper design.  You can do almost any design imaginable for whatever occasion you may be having.  This bride and groom used these at their engagement party to announce their wedding date.  Their favor acted as the "save the date."  Such a great idea!

Here is a seating card that the bride incorporated into her fall theme.  They were leaf shaped and we hung from a tree for the guest to find their name and tables.

Here is a "classic" style pocket invitation.  This one is more traditional with a touch of modern in the pattern design.  A bow is a special surprise in the inside of the invitation.

Custom invitations baltimore :: Menu Card

Another menu card!  This was from my wedding about three weeks ago...seems much long than that and I still miss looking forward to the day coming :)  At least there are the pictures and video to look forward to!
The menu is long and skinny with our R & R at the top and completed with a little crystal rhinestone to give it something.

Here is a simple menu card that went along with the seating cards below.  It was in the pale metallic green. Most menus I feel should be done simple because the typography can make it look nice and you have so much going on with the table setting and decor.

Here is a nice picture of some more seating cards.  These were the bride and groom's cards.  To show what each person chose as their meal, a symbol was on each card.  The cow represented the steak and the fish was salmon.  The centerpieces made the table look really nice as well!  They are simple, but very elegant.

Here is an example of a wedding fan program.  The bride had carried through the same paper swatches from her invite.  This is the back and front of the program.  It has a shear purple bow to give the fan a finished, complete look.

The wedding is all over and makes me sad.  I am looking forward to more pictures and the video to keep the memories alive.  Here is one picture that makes me smile.  My friend Michelle took lots of great pictures and this one is of our seating card.  I added a rhinestone to give it a little something :)

So its been awhile since I have posted anything.  Things have been crazy with the business and trying to get ready for my own wedding for next week!  Will keep up as a married lady, but for now look at these yummy cake pops for the 4th.  Happy 4th of July!

Wedding Favor

Here is a cool idea for a wedding favor.  This a towel treat.  It is a small towel or wash cloth that is wrapped up in the form of a small dessert.  Looks delicious and has no calories!

Custom Invitations Baltimore :: Wedding Invitations Baltimore

This bride was not really into the pocket style invitation, but wanted something different than your ordinary layered card.  This is an over sized square with a fun pattern vellum paper over top.  There is a little tag with the bride and grooms monogram.  There is also a band on the back to hold the insert cards in place so the invitation can have that special effect when pulling it out of the envelope.  This is a simple design, but has a lot to it.

Here is a fold out pocket style invitation.  It has three panels to have 2 invitations and one panel that has a band to hold the inset cards.  The bride was french, so we do a combo invitation with french and english.  A fleur-de-lis design was on the seal since it is french symbol for flower.

Robert McClintock is an awesome artist in Federal Hill, Baltimore.  He does painting from around Baltimore as well as DOGS!  Check out his work at http://robertmcclintock.com/.

I created a save the date magnet with his artwork and changed around the colors for a bride and groom.  They were getting married at the Engineer's Club and it was perfect since the monument sits on the same street.  They are also huge fans of McClintock's work and incorporated his paintings in their table number designs.

Here is another pocket.  A 6x6 square size.  The brides colors were red, black and white.  I really like the font in this one..Makes the invite look very formal and elegant.

Cake Toppers Baltimore

Cake toppers nowadays...anything goes!  You can do the traditional people, or make the people doing funny things like the bride is "fishing" for the groom.  You can also do a simple monogram, initials or a letter.  Custom bobble heads of the bride and groom is also becoming more popular.  Check some of these ideas out.

Here is a pocket style invite that can be mailed with no envelope.  A sticker can seal it closed with the return address on the back.  A label for the addressing can go on the front, but it can be a pretty label!  The bride also did thermography print since we were printing on a dark metallic navy paper.
