Here is a simple square layered card and the band in the back to hold the insert cards.  The bride really wanted a logo design that she could carry through out everything else in her wedding.

Here is a horizontal menu instead of a vertical.  It also gives a pop of color to the table.

Here is a traditional ceremony program on a shiny silver stock with a cute black and white polka dot ribbon to add some fun!  The invitations had a layer of black and white polka dots, so this tied it all together.
